Testing sieves with accessories

Production of standard sieves and sieves with atypical dimensions according to requirements of the customer. We repair all sieves made by us (replacement of screening partition).

Dimensions of testing sieves and accessories:

Ø 100 mm, Ø 200 mm, Ø 300 mm, Ø 400 mm, 500 x 500 mm, 150 x 430 mm (lids, dishes, reductions and others)

Testing sieves with metal cloth according to ČSN ISO 3310-1:

Testing sieves are used mostly with a screening partition (sieve bottom) made from rustless cloth with the mesh size from 25 μm to 4 mm. We advise and produce bigger mesh size from 4 mm made from perforated sheet metal.

Testing sieves with perforated areas according to ČSN ISO 3310-1:

Perforated areas of screening partition are either square, mesh size from 2 mm to 125 mm or they are circular, mesh size from Ø 1 mm.

Grain sieves:

Sieves according to standard ISO 5223 form a separate group. We supply this assortment of so-called grain sieves with oval mesh of size O 200 mm with black and rustless design with rustless screening partition of size 150 x 430 mm with wooden frame. The sizes of mesh are given by above-mentioned standard from oval size 1,0 x 20,0 mm. We supply a dish and a lidr as accessories.

Production of sieves with polyamide cloth, mesh size 42 μm - 2,1 mm, either in a rustless frame Ø 200 mm or in a plastic frame.

Production of special laboratory equipment

Screening machine for sieves Ø 200- type P200 PN 070:95

Mobile laboratory equipment for grading analysis of small amounts of granular materials. It is used for dry grading analysis in conjunction with a set of sieves Ø 200 mm according to ČSN ISO 3310 and ČSN ISO 5223.
