  • March 2, 2012 – sending of Application form (active participants) - extended to March 31, 2012!
  • March 23, 2012 – decision on the acceptance of the paper
  • April 20, 2012 – sending of papers for proceedings (in Czech/Slovak/English language; with an abstract approx. 20 lines in English language) and CD (in Czech/Slovak/English language)
  • April 30, 2012 – payment of basic charge, later payment will include additional cost
  • May 18, 2012 – sending of Application form (participants)
