UNITHERMEX
- Development of a new material for anorganic nonasbestine constructionally-insulating materials (commercial product name UNITHERMEX), which are resistant to permanent heat stress
- Variability of materials – development of composition of mentioned materials in dependence on degree of heat stress, UNITHERMEX type A, type C, type HT, type G, type W, type P
- Characterization of products:
- low volume changes by heat stress up to 600 °C, in the short term also up to 800 °C
- resistance to temperature shocks
- tenacity
- resistance to wear
- very good cohesion
- possibility of shaped or slab products production according to requirements of the customer
- possibility of workability by cutting, sanding, turning, drilling to required accurate dimensions according to requirements of the customer
- Special properties – on contact with glass arise neither scratching of surface nor formation of sticked mass

- replacement of asbestos materials
- as a part of molten glass moulding>
